My 3 months plan is all encompassing, to offer you the most well rounded program you can find out there.
I bring in information from the most recent research in diet and nutrition for you to jump right in with confidence. From clearing out your pantry and kitchen to grocery shopping, recipe planning and resources to move you forward independently and confidently. Bringing in tools from positive psychology research, gratitude and mindfulness.
You get access to me one on one, as well as a "Member Only" page with information, studies, resources, recipes.

Please note that I only take 5 clients per month for this program in order to be fully present and available for each and everyone. This is a program that is fully tailored and adapted to each patient and their needs, body and lifestyle. This program is my way to give to our community as a whole and move our society forward towards Optimal Health and Wellness.
